Was sind PatPoints?

PatPoints are points that you can earn through your performance and engagement and that you can spend to win prizes offered by the company.

PatPoints are assigned by an algorithm based on your level of participation and the recognition of your colleagues for your performance and contribution to the company. So, for example, Pats and positive Feedback received will help you accumulate PatPoints.

You can check the number of accumulated PatPoints by entering the My Wallet>PatPoints menu section.

Che cosa sono i PatPoints? I PatPoints sono punti che puoi guadagnare grazie alla tua performance e partecipazione e che puoi spendere per vincere premi messi in palio dall’azienda. I PatPoints sono assegnati da un algoritmo in base al tuo livello di partecipazione e riconoscimento dei tuoi colleghi per la tua performance e contributo in azienda. Quindi, ad esempio, i Pat e i Feedback positivi ricevuti ti aiuteranno ad accumulare PatPoints. Puoi controllare il numero di PatPoints accumulati entrando nella sezione del menu Il mio Portafoglio>PatPoints.
