In the Objectives Cycles section, managers and admins can create up-links for the employees’ objectives anytime they want.

In the Networks tab of the objective sheet, you can use the search bar to find an Objective or a Key Result that you think the OKR can help achieve. Then, click on the 图标来创建链接。

Note: You can only create or remove up-links from each objective sheet. You cannot edit down-links, unless you can edit the objective sheet of the down-link and change its up-links.

Nota: puoi solo creare o rimuovere link up da ogni scheda obiettivo. Non è possibile modificare i link down, a meno che tu non possa modificare la scheda obiettivo del link down e cambiare i suoi link up.
