Linking employees’ objectives

In the Objectives Cycles section, managers and admins can create up-links for the employees’ objectives anytime they want.

In the Networks tab of the objective sheet, you can use the search bar to find an Objective or a Key Result that you think the OKR can help achieve. Then, click on the icon to create the link.

After you add a link, this appears in the list of up-links of your OKR. There you can see:

• The owner of the OKR linked. You can hover on it to show the name.
• The title of the Objective linked.
• The specific Key Result to which the OKR links.
• The progress of the Objective or Key Result linked.

If you want to remove the link, you can hover on the it and click on . You can go see the profile of the objective’s owner by hovering on it and clicking on . If you want to open the detailed objective sheet for the linked OKR, you can hover on it and click on .

Note: Each up-link corresponds to a down-link and vice-versa. When you create an up-link, you OKR appears as a down-link in the objective sheet of the OKR linked.

Note: You can only create or remove up-links from each objective sheet. You cannot edit down-links, unless you can edit the objective sheet of the down-link and change its up-links.

Nella sezione Cicli di obiettivi, i manager e gli admin possono creare link up per gli obiettivi dei dipendenti in qualsiasi momento. Nella scheda Reti, puoi usare la barra di ricerca per trovare un obiettivo o un risultato chiave che pensi che l’OKR possa aiutare a raggiungere. Poi, clicca sull’icona per creare il link. Dopo aver aggiunto un link, questo appare nella lista dei link up del tuo OKR. Lì puoi vedere: Il titolare dell’OKR collegato. puoi fare hover con il mouse per mostrarne il nome. Il titolo dell’obiettivo collegato. Il risultato chiave specifico a cui l’OKR è collegato.
Il progresso dell’obiettivo o del risultato chiave collegato. Se vuoi rimuovere il collegamento, puoi fare hover con il mouse e cliccare su Puoi andare a vedere il profilo del proprietario dell’obiettivo facendo hover e cliccando su Se vuoi aprire la scheda dettagliata dell’obiettivo per l’OKR collegato, puoi fare hover con il mouse e cliccare su . Nota: Ad ogni link up corrisponde un link down e viceversa. Quando crei un link up, il tuo OKR appare come un link down nella scheda obiettivo dell’OKR collegato.
Nota: puoi solo creare o rimuovere link up da ogni scheda obiettivo. Non è possibile modificare i link down, a meno che tu non possa modificare la scheda obiettivo del link down e cambiare i suoi link up.
