Objectives Cycles define processes based on the OKR approach and meant to align individual, team and company goals. Objectives Cycles will help you focus on priorities 和 monitor your progress.

Only the admin can create Objectives Cycles. For each cycle, participants can create objectives for themselves. Some can be freely defined, while others require the manager’s approval. Managers can also assign objectives to their team members, while admins can assign objectives to any cycle participant.

You can find the Objectives Cycles in which you participate in the My Objectives section of the menu.

Che cosa sono i Cicli Obiettivi? I Cicli Obiettivi definiscono processi basati sull’ approccio OKR e volti ad allineare obiettivi individuali, di team e aziendali. I Cicli Obiettivi ti aiuteranno a focalizzarti sulle priorità e monitorare il tuo progresso. Solo l’admin può creare Cicli Obiettivi. Per ogni ciclo, i partecipanti possono crearsi obiettivi .
