Objektive Vorschau

When you access to Team: Administration>Objectives Cycles, in the Definition and Evaluation phase view, you can view the list of objectives for each team member durch Anklicken des Symbols . For each objective listed, the preview shows the relevant details for the displayed phase view.

In the Definition phase view, on the preview you will see:

• Titel
• Kategorie
• Sichtbarkeit
• Autor
• Anzahl der übermittelten Kommentare (falls vorhanden)
• Anzahl der definierten Schlüsselergebnisse
• Fälligkeitsdatum
• Pre-execution inclination assessment (if active for the cycle, indicated next to the icon )
• Pre-execution challenge assessment (if active for the cycle, indicated next to the icon )
• Weight (if enabled for the cycle, indicated next to the icon )

In the Evaluation phase view, you will also see the star rating scale for you to fill in the evaluation directly on the preview. Moreover, you will find the % progress on the objective, instead of the number of key results, and the post-execution inclination assessment and challenge assessment (if active for the cycle).

Hinweis: Sie können die runder Taster on the upper left corner um eine vergangene Phase anzusehen. The icon inside indicates the currently displayed phase. You can always check the state of objectives at an earlier stage by using this button.

Preview di un Obiettivo Quando accedi a Team: Gestione>Cicli Obiettivi, in vista fase di Definizione e Valutazione, puoi visualizzare la lista di obiettivi di ciascun membro del team cliccando sull’icona . Per ciascun obiettivo elencato, la preview mostra i dettagli rilevanti per la fase visualizzata. In vista fase di Definizione, sulla preview vedrai: Titolo Categoria Visibilità Autore Numero di commenti inviati (se presenti) Numero di key results definiti Scadenza Valutazione della propensione ante-esecuzione (se attiva per il ciclo, indicata dall’icona ) Valutazione della sfida ante-esecuzione (se attiva per il ciclo, indicata dall’icona ) Peso (se attivo per il ciclo, indicato dall’icona ) In vista fase di Valutazione, vedrai anche la scala di valutazione a stelle che potrai compilare direttamente dalla preview. Inoltre, vedrai il progresso % sull’obiettivo, al posto del numero di key results, e la valutazione della propensione e della sfida post-esecuzione (se attivi per il ciclo). Se ci sono obiettivi differiti, siano questi rinviati o prolungati, in un altro ciclo, troverai l’icona corrispondente in vista fase di Definizione e Valutazione. Puoi portare il mouse sull’icona per vedere il titolo del ciclo target. Analogamente, se ci sono obiettivi differiti, siano questi rinviati o prolungati, da un altro ciclo, troverai l’icona corrispondente in vista fase di Definizione e Valutazione. Puoi portare il mouse sull’icona per vedere il titolo del ciclo di origine. Ricorda: puoi usare il pulsante rotondo nell’angolo in alto a sinistra per visualizzare una fase passata. L’icona all’interno indica la vista fase attualmente selezionata. Puoi sempre controllare lo stato dei tuoi obiettivi nelle fasi precedenti usando questo pulsante.
