The Feedback received appears at the top on the Wall. Click on Show feedback value to see the sender and the rating on the skill, behavior or objective. After opening the Feedback, you can click on Hide feedback value to close it.
Once opened, the Feedback is sorted among other posts on the Wall in chronological order of receipt.

Unlike Pats, any Feedback received is only visible to you.
Feedback received feeds your performance results in the My Growth>Praise section.

Ricevere un Feedback I Feedback ricevuti appaiono in alto nel Wall. Clicca Mostra i feedback per visualizzare il mittente e la valutazione sulla competenza, sul comportamento o sull’obiettivo. Dopo aver aperto il Feedback, puoi fare click su Nascondi i feedback per richiudere la valutazione.
Una volta aperto, il Feedback viene ordinato tra gli altri post nel Wall per ordine cronologico di ricezione. Diversamente dai Pat, i Feedback che hai ricevuto sono visibili solo a te. I Feedback ricevuti alimentano i risultati della tua performance nella sezione La mia Crescita>Apprezzamenti section.
