Recibir una Pat

Pats are posted on the Wall. The received Pats feed your performance results in the My Growth>Praise section.

Everyone can like o comment on a Pat you have received. It is also possible to RePat, that is confirming the recognition expressed in the Pat. If you want to interact, you can also like, RePat, or comment on the Pats you see on the Wall. More precisely, you can RePat any Pats of which you are neither sender nor recipient.

Note: Pats will be visible on the Wall to all company employees.

Ricevere un Pat I Pat sono postati nel Wall. I Pat ricevuti alimentano i risultati della tua performance nella sezione>La mia Crescita Apprezzamenti.
