How can I delete an objective?

You can delete an objective based on whether you are accessing as:

• Employee, to manage your objectives in the My Objectives section.
• Manager, to check on your team members’ objectives in Team: Administration>Objectives Cycles.
• Admin, to monitor the participants’ objectives in Company: Administration>Objectives Cycles.

Anyways, you cannot delete objectives with public or limited visibility after the Execution phase begins. However, once the Execution phase has started, a manager or an admin can revoke an objective when this is not relevant for the cycle anymore. Employee

Before the Execution phase starts, you can delete the objectives that you have created, that is those of which you are the author.

You cannot delete objectives that your manager or an admin assigned to you in open or set mode.

You cannot delete objectives with public or limited visibility after the Execution phase starts. However, you can ask your manager or an admin to revoke an objective, if needed. You can send a message to them using the comment section in the objective sheet.

You can always delete your private objectives during the cycle, even after beginning of the Execution phase.

Manager

Before the Execution phase starts, you can delete the objectives that you have created, that is those of which you are the author.

You cannot delete objectives that an admin has assigned.

You cannot delete objectives that your team members have created. Yet, you can decide not to approve them.

You cannot delete objectives after the Execution phase starts. However, you can revoke an objective if you think it is not relevant for the cycle anymore.

Admin

Before the Execution phase starts, you can always delete any objective with public or limited visibility, regardless of whether you are the author.

Puoi eliminare un obiettivo a seconda che tu stia effettuando l’accesso come: Dipendente, per gestire i tuoi obiettivi nella sezione I miei Obiettivi. Manager, per monitorare gli obiettivi dei membri del tuo team in Team: Gestione>Cicli Obiettivi. Admin, per monitorare gli obiettivi dei partecipanti in Azienda: Gestione>Cicli Obiettivi. In ogni caso, non è possibile eliminare obiettivi con visibilità pubblica o limitata dopo l’inizio della fase di Esecuzione. Comunque, una volta iniziata la fase di Esecuzione, un manager o un admin possono revocare un obiettivo se questo non è più rilevante per il ciclo. Dipendente Prima dell’inizio della fase di Esecuzione, puoi eliminare gli obiettivi che hai creato, cioè quelli di cui sei autore. Non puoi eliminare gli obiettivi che i tuoi manager o admin ti hanno assegnato in modalità aperta o chiusa. Non puoi eliminare obiettivi con visibilità pubblica o limitata dopo l’inizio della fase di Esecuzione. In ogni caso, puoi chiedere al tuo manager o ad un admin di revocare un obiettivo, se necessario. Puoi inviare loro un messaggio usando la sezione commenti nella scheda dell’obiettivo. Puoi sempre eliminare obiettivi privati durante il ciclo, anche dopo l’inizio della fase di Esecuzione. Manager Prima dell’inizio della fase di Esecuzione, puoi eliminare gli obiettivi che hai creato, cioè quelli di cui sei autore. Non puoi eliminare obiettivi che un admin ti ha assegnato. Non puoi eliminare obiettivi che i tuoi membri del team hanno creato. Tuttavia, puoi decidere di non approvarli. Non puoi eliminare obiettivi dopo l’inizio della fase di Esecuzione. Comunque, puoi revocare un obiettivi se non lo ritieni più rilevante per il ciclo. Admin Prima dell’inizio della fase di Esecuzione, puoi sempre eliminare qualsiasi obiettivo con visibilità pubblica o limitata, indipendentemente da che tu ne sia l’autore. Non puoi eliminare obiettivi dopo l’inizio della fase di Esecuzione. Comunque, puoi revocare un obiettivo se non lo ritieni più rilevante per il ciclo.
