First, double check in your email spam folder. If the invitation email is not there, contact the PatPat360 Support Team at support@patpat360.com, providing your name, company and the email address associated with your PatPat360 account.
No, the Feeback is only visible to the receiver. Employees who receive Feedback can see the rating on their own Wall, i.e, a private section of the Wall that is not shared publicly with colleagues.
Managers and admins will be able to view the summary of Feedback exchanges and the average rating in a dedicated section.
If this is the case, maybe your are opening the webpage with Internet Explorer. Copy the invitation link (from the URL bar of the page that is not loading) and paste it on a browser other than Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer is an expired browser and it may prevent the platform from working correctly. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best user experience. Alternatively, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox are also a great option.
First, check that the email address that you are using to login corresponds to the one on which you received the invitation. Double check for typos, too.
