How can I spend my vouchers?

My Coupons

In the My Wallet>My Coupons section, you will find the vouchers you have generated divided into three groups: redeemable coupons, pending requests, and used coupons.

Redeemable coupons are those ones you have not used yet and ready to be spent.

Among pending requests, you might find vouchers generated but not yet confirmed by the vendor’s systems. In most cases the confirmation process will be immediate, and you will find the newly generated vouchers directly among those that can be used.

Once spent, vouchers will automatically end up among the vouchers used. Expired vouchers will also be in this group. 

Spending vouchers

To spend vouchers directly from your mobile, access to My Coupons and click on the voucher you want to redeem among those available. When you click on it, you will open the popup with the voucher’s details: the barcode, the corresponding numeric code, the type of voucher, the date of the request (i.e., the day on which you generated the voucher), the expiration date, and the value.

You can spend the voucher by scanning the barcode or using the numeric code beneath. If you wish or if requested by the store, you can print the voucher.

Once spent, the voucher will end up directly among the used coupons.

Come posso spendere i buoni? I miei Buoni Nella sezione Il mio Portafoglio>I miei Buoni, troverai i voucher che hai generato suddivisi in tre gruppi: utilizzabili, richieste in sospeso e usati. I buoni utilizzabili sono quelli che non hai ancora usato, pronti per essere spesi. Tra le richieste in sospeso, potrebbero finire dei buoni generati ma non ancora confermati dai sistemi del partner convenzionato. Nella maggior parte dei casi l’operazione di conferma sarà immediata e troverai i buoni appena generati direttamente tra quelli utilizzabili. Una volta spesi, i voucher finiranno direttamente tra i buoni usati. Tra i buoni usati finiranno anche quelli scaduti. Spendere i buoni Per spendere i buoni direttamente dal tuo cellulare, accedi a I miei Buoni e clicca sul voucher che vuoi utilizzare tra quelli disponibili. Si aprirà così il dettaglio indicante il codice a barre, il corrispondente codice numerico, il tipo di buono, la data della richiesta (ovvero la data in cui il buono è stato generato), la data di scadenza e il valore. Puoi spendere il buono scannerizzando il codice a barre o usando il codice numerico sottostante. Se lo desideri o se richiesto dal punto vendita, puoi stampare il buono. Una volta speso, il voucher finirà automaticamente tra i buoni usati.
