If you want to monitor the progress on any of your colleagues’ work, you can follow their OKRs.

To do so, you can search your colleague using the search bar on the Wall and click on to open their profile. There, on the right, you can see the list of OKRs your colleague is working on. You can click on to start following the objective. Deselect the icon if you want to stop following an objective.
The list of those who follow an OKR is in the objective sheet, Networks tab, at the bottom.

You can find all the OKRs you follow in the OKRs>Networks section and choose Followed Network under OKR Sets.

Se vuoi monitorare il progresso sul lavoro di un tuo collega, puoi seguire i suoi OKR. Per farlo, puoi cercare il tuo collega usando la barra di ricerca sul Wall e cliccare su per aprire il profilo. Lì, sulla destra, puoi vedere la lista di OKR su cui il tuo collega sta lavorando. Puoi cliccare su per iniziare a seguire l’obiettivo. Deseleziona l’icona se vuoi smettere di seguire un obiettivo. La lista di coloro che seguono un OKR è nella scheda obiettivo, tab Reti, in fondo Puoi trovare tutti gli OKR che segui nella sezione OKRs>Network e scegliere Network seguito sotto Set di OKR.
