When you receive Tokens, they are added to the earned Tokens, indicated by the piggy-bank icon on the header of the Wall. You can exchange earned Tokens for vouchers (click here to read more about the Token conversion process).
In addition, a post visible only to you will appear on your Wall, sorted among others in chronological order by date of receipt. The post shows the sender of the Tokens, the skill, behavior, or objective for which the Tokens have been given, and the number of Tokens.

Tokens received feed your performance results in the My Growth>Praise section.

Note: Tokens, unlike Pats, will only be visible to the recipient. Managers and admins will be able to view the summary of Token exchanges in a dedicated section.

Ricevere Token Quando ricevi dei Token, questi sono aggiunti ai Token guadagnati, indicati dall’icona del salvadanaio nell’header del Wall. Puoi convertire i Token guadagnati in buoni (clicca qui per ulteriori informazioni riguardo al processo di conversione dei Token). Inoltre, un post visibile solo a te apparirà sul tuo Wall, ordinato con gli altri in ordine cronologico per data di ricezione. Il post mostra il mittente dei Token, la competenza, comportamento o obiettivo per cui i Token sono stati dati e il numero di Token. I Token che hai ricevuto alimentano i risultati della tua performance nella sezione La mia Crescita>Apprezzamenti Ricorda: i Token, diversamente dai Pat, saranno visibili solo al destinatario. I manager e gli admin potranno vedere il riepilogo degli scambi di Token in una sezione dedicata.
