The admin can give you a budget of Tokens that you can send to your colleagues as a reward for their performance. The number of available Tokens is indicated by the icon on header of the Wall. When you run out of them, you will not be able to give more Tokens to colleagues until you get a recharge.

To give Tokens, click on the icon  在长城的脚下。在几个简单的步骤中填写弹出的信息。

• 选择同事 you want to give Tokens to from the list. Use the search box to find the name you are looking for.
• Select the skill, behavior, or objective, that is the object of recognition, the reason you are sending Tokens. Use the search box to find the item you want to select.
  Note: You must first select an employee to be able to view the lists of associated skills, behaviors, or objectives.
• 你还可以选择为技能和行为指定相关的活动，或者为目标指定关键的结果，如果定义了的话。同样，你可以使用搜索框来帮助你找到它。注意，如果没有定义的活动或关键结果，选择框就不会出现。
• Enter the number of Tokens you want to give. You can do so by clicking on one of the default options, writing the number directly in the box, or using the -/+ buttons (the number must be an integer and ≤ the number of available Tokens shown next to the icon on the header of the Wall).
• If you wish, you can 添加评论 and provide more details to the Tokens you are sending.

点击 发送 to forward the Tokens.

Dare Token L’admin può assegnarti un budget di Token che puoi inviare ai colleghi come premio per la loro performance. Il numero di Token disponibili è indicato dall’icona sull’header del Wall. Quando li esaurisci, non potrai più dare Token ai colleghi fino a quando il tuo budget non sarà ricaricato. Per dare Token, clicca sull’icona sul footer del Wall. Compila il popup in pochi semplici passi: Seleziona dall’elenco il collega a cui vuoi dare dei Token. Puoi usare la casella di ricerca per trovare il nome che stai cercando. Seleziona la competenza, il comportamento o l’obiettivo, ovvero l’oggetto del riconoscimento, la ragione per cui stai inviando dei Token. Puoi usare la casella di ricerca per trovare l’elemento che vuoi selezionare. Attenzione: è necessario prima selezionare un dipendente per poter visualizzare la lista di competenze, comportamenti o obiettivi associati. Opzionalmente, puoi anche specificare l’attività rilevante per le competenze e i comportamenti o il key result per gli obiettivi, se definiti. Di nuovo, puoi usare la casella di ricerca per trovare l’elemento che ti interessa. Nota che se non ci sono attività o key results definiti, la casella di selezione non apparirà. Inserisci il numero di Token che vuoi dare. Puoi farlo cliccando su una delle opzioni di default, scrivendo il numero direttamente nella casella, oppure usando i pulsanti -/+ (questo numero deve essere intero e ≤ del numero di Token disponibili indicato dall’icona nell’header del Wall). Se lo desideri, puoi aggiungere un commento e fornire maggiori dettagli ai Token che stai inviando. Clicca Invia per inviare i Token.
