Token-Zusammenfassung

With an admin account, you can view the summary of Token exchanges in Company: Administration>Token Settings.

For each year and for each employee you can see:

• The assigned budget of Tokens, those that the employee can use to reward the performance of colleagues. These are further broken down by:
  Assigned in the selected year.
  Assigned remaining from the previous years, i.e., not yet given to other colleagues.
  Tokens available to send to colleagues for their performance, including those remaining from previous years.
  Tokens given to colleagues in the selected year.

• Tokens received as performance rewards and that the employee can exchange for vouchers, broken down by:
  Received in the selected year.
   Received remaining from previous years, i.e., not yet exchanged for vouchers.
  Exchangeable Tokens that the employee has not yet used to generate vouchers, including those remaining from previous years.
  Tokens exchanged for vouchers in the selected year.

• Value of Tokens exchanged for vouchers expressed in currency, broken down by those exchanged in previous years and not yet spent , and those exchanged in the selected year .

• Value of Tokens spent in the selected year expressed in currency .

The last row shows the totals summed over all the employees.

Sie können filter the columns by name or team. You can sort the values in ascending or descending order by clicking on the title. You can download the summary in Excel format durch Anklicken des Symbols at the top right.

Valore dei Token convertiti in buoni espresso in valuta, suddivisi tra quelli convertiti negli anni precedenti e non ancora spesi e quelli convertiti nell’anno selezionato . Valore dei Token spesi nell’anno selezionato espresso in valuta . L’ultima riga riporta i totali sommando tutti i dipendenti. Se lo desideri, puoi filtrare le colonne per nome o team. Puoi ordinare i valori in ordine crescente o decrescente cliccando sul titolo. Puoi scaricare il riassunto in formato Excel cliccando sull’icona in alto a destra.
