First login: if the page is not loading

When I click on the link to set my password the webpage doesn’t load. What should I do?

If this is the case, maybe your are opening the webpage with Internet Explorer. Copy the invitation link (from the URL bar of the page that is not loading) and paste it on a browser other than Internet Explorer.
