First AI-powered integrations launched on PatPat360 using ChatGPT to enhance real-time feedback and employee productivity.
PatPat360 introduced new features to boost employee engagement. These include a Long-Term Incentives (LTI) module to reward results with bonuses, and a Pulse & Survey tool for collecting real-time feedback. The platform also unveiled a redesigned user interface for a smoother, more modern experience.
PatPat360 welcomes its first clients as People Yield expands its strategic partnerships. The platform is featured by WhatMatters.com as a leading OKR software, thanks to its focus on motivation and employee engagement. Meanwhile, Invitalia approves funding to support the industrial development plan of People Yield.
People Yield is founded as a tech startup dedicated to implementing cutting-edge solutions. The company takes on the development of PatPat360 and, through an agreement with Active Value Advisors, also begins the commercialization of HOW4, a tool for organizational diagnostics.
Active Value Advisors developed the first mock-ups of PatPat360. Based on real user insights and in-depth client analysis, PatPat360 emerged as a cutting-edge OKR software that combines priority management with continuous feedback, enriched by powerful employee engagement features.
Active Value Advisors targeted white-collar productivity and launched early feedback projects. These revealed the need for software linking continuous feedback to goals, skills, and engagement.
Active Value Advisors develops HOW4, a diagnostics tool based on Organizational Network Analysis (ONA). It provides a simple, data-driven solution to optimize organizational structure and performance.
In 2008, Fabio Fedel founded Active Value Advisors, an independent management consulting firm. By 2010, the firm developed a business performance framework focused on improving workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness, tackling emerging corporate challenges.
